1. Overview Welcome to Sergent AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our beta platform for workflow automation, intelligent recommendations, and analytics (the “Service”). By accessing or using Sergent AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Beta Access and License Sergent AI is currently in its early beta phase. By participating, you acknowledge that the Service is in testing and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for evaluation and feedback purposes.


3. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to maintain the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer any part of it, or use it in violation of applicable laws.


4. Feedback During beta access, we may request feedback, feature suggestions, or error reports. You grant Sergent AI a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, or incorporate such feedback to improve the Service without compensation.


5. Intellectual Property All content, code, and technology associated with the Service are the property of Sergent AI. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your use of the Service.


6. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergent AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.


7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons related to the beta phase.


8. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
